Refund policy
Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging with tags (if applicable).

Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, intimate products, gift cards, and sale/discounted items.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at support@starsuperdeal.com
