Refund policy

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.

    • It must also be in the original packaging with tags (if applicable).

  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, intimate products, gift cards, and sale/discounted items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at support@starsuperdeal.com

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • First check your bank account.

    • Then contact your credit card company/bank, as processing time may vary.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@starsuperdeal.com

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent).
